Riskified, a fraud management platform enabling frictionless eCommerce, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A Ordinary Shares. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size, price or other terms of the offering. Riskified intends to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “RSKD”.
