As Israel’s leading growth fund our vision is to empower and help scale the next generation of outstanding growth companies. Since inception, we have assembled a top-notch portfolio with exceptional founders and CEOs. We’ve learned through experience that an experienced mentor can be a highly beneficial resource to help scale and achieve important milestones.

With this vision in mind, our program is designed to match CEOs of growth companies, for a personalized process with mentors who are the founders and CEOs of Israel’s leading tech companies.

During the course of this unique program, participants will be provided with first-hand insights and tools to help set and achieve goals and milestones for scaling their companies. Mentors will provide valuable guidance drawn from their own experience and personal journey.

Each participant will be paired with a mentor after carefully considering various factors to ensure the highest level of compatibility.

At the core of the program is the personal mentoring, but throughout the six months process participants will take part in professional meetings with their peers and engage with additional mentors.
