Gaya joined Qumra Capital as a Portfolio Management Analyst in May 2024. Prior to Qumra, Gaya was a Core member of the Investment Team and its first hire of FLORA Ventures (Israel’s largest early-stage AgriFood-Tech VC Fund)
At FLORA, Gaya managed investment deal-flow, conducted due diligence, prepared investment memos, evaluated business models, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and created reports for LPs and investment committee meetings. Gaya also led brand-building efforts, including conference participation, website development, and PR.

Gaya’s professional experience includes working in global and startup tech companies, including McCann Digital, Pixellot, and Tailor brands. Gaya worked as a product manager with both hardware and software technologies for B2B and B2C products.

Gaya holds a BA in Business & Entrepreneurship from Reichman University
