Gaya joined Qumra Capital in May 2024 as a Portfolio Management Analyst and was promoted to Associate on the investment team in late 2025.
Before Qumra, she was a core member of the investment team, and the first hire at FLORA Ventures, Israel’s largest early-stage AgriFood-Tech VC fund.

At FLORA, Gaya managed the investment deal flow, led due-diligence processes, prepared investment memos, evaluated business models and market trends, and analyzed competitive landscapes. She also produced reports for LPs and investment committee meetings. In addition, Gaya took an active role in brand-building initiatives, including conference participation, website development, and PR activities.

Her professional background spans global companies and startups such as McCann Digital, Pixellot, and Tailor Brands. She has hands-on product management experience across hardware and software technologies, supporting both B2B and B2C products.

Gaya holds a BA in Business & Entrepreneurship from Reichman University.
