Monica joined Qumra Capital in 2026 after working as an Executive Assistant at Glilot Capital Partners.She began her career in international conferences at Globes, one of Israel’s leading financial newspapers, where she served as the primary liaison for world-renowned speakers and managed complex logistics. She later founded and ran a boutique event planning company, organizing bespoke events for visitors to Israel. In recent years, she transitioned into Executive Assistant roles, supporting senior leaders and working closely with international executives and investors.Monica holds an MSc in Psychology from Belgrano University in Buenos Aires. Originally from Paraguay, she has lived in Buenos Aires and Boston, bringing a global perspective and cultural sensitivity to her work.
