Yoni joined Qumra Capital as a Partner in April 2026, bringing over a decade of experience in both venture investing and high-stakes operational leadership. Before Qumra, Yoni was an Investment Director at Intel Capital, where he led investments and held board seats in leading Israeli startups including Overwolf, Zenity, Orchid, Intezer, Oxeye (acquired by GitLab), TriEye, MDI Health, Centrical and Gloat.
Before transitioning to venture capital, Yoni spent seven years at Uber in variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as the General Manager of Central and Eastern Europe. His tenure at Uber provided him with deep operational expertise in scaling global platforms and managing complex market expansions. Earlier in his career, Yoni was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he focused on strategic initiatives across the financial services, technology, and mobility sectors.
Yoni holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
