(NYSE: FVRR) (“Fiverr”) announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of $100,000,000 of ordinary shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Fiverr also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares sold in the offering at the public offering price, less underwriting commissions.
